Please review the following policies before booking: ⸻ BOOKING & DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your total service. Deposits must be paid within 24 hours or I will cancel the booking. ⸻ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. ⸻ LATE POLICY Please arrive on time to your appointment. A grace period is provided, however, if you are significantly late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to maintain schedule flow. ⸻ NO SHOWS No call/no shows will be charged and may be restricted from booking future appointments. ⸻ PRICING All pricing reflects the time, detail, and quality of products used. Prices are subject to change at any time. All previously booked appointments will be honored at the original rate. ⸻ NAIL ART & ADD-ONS Nail art and add-ons are priced based on time and level of detail. Please book accordingly to ensure enough time is scheduled for your desired set. ⸻ GEL-X POLICY Gel-X is offered as a full set service only. Refills are not available, as a fresh application ensures proper structure, retention, and the health of the natural nail. ⸻ FOREIGN FILLS I do not work over other nail technicians’ work. A soak-off and fresh set will be required. ⸻ REFUNDS I do not offer refunds. However, if there are any concerns, please reach out within 48 hours so I can address them accordingly. ⸻ GUESTS To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, no extra guests are allowed unless previously approved. ⸻ HEALTH & SAFETY Please arrive with clean nails and inform me of any nail conditions or sensitivities prior to your appointment. ⸻ By booking, you are agreeing to these policies. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations / Reschedules You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancelling within 24 hours results in a 40% cancellation fee. No-call/no-shows will forfeit deposit and may be banned from future bookings. Late Policy 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and deposit forfeited. If you know you’re running late, please message me right away — communication goes a long way.
