Cancellation Policy
Cancellations / Reschedules
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancelling within 24 hours results in a 40% cancellation fee.
No-call/no-shows will forfeit deposit and may be banned from future bookings.
Late Policy
10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and deposit forfeited.
